"Sharon and her assistant, Jennifer, provided the best advice and the best service possible in selling our beautiful home. Even with the down turn in the housing market in 2007, their experience and expertise in working with both buyers and sellers in the realty market provided information we needed for a successful sale."

"I worked with Sharon over a two year time period while living and working in Sierra Vista. During that time I increasing become interested in owning investment properties. Sharon was my go to after she helped purchase my first home that I lived in 2+ years. With her knowledge and experience of the Sierra Vista, she advised me on the purchase of 3 more homes that I still own and homes that generate a positive cash flow. Looking back on the experience, I now realize Sharon's patience, professionalism and unquestionable knowledge of the Sierra Vista market. She positioned me to become a profitable home investment owner. "

"Sharon went out of her way to give exceptional service in the purchase of my first home. I was terrified of the experience and she made me feel assured that the process would go smoothly-which it did! I highly recommend Sharon for your first or tenth home. She is honest and works hard to get the job done! "

What year did you become a real estate agent?
1999
How many years have you been in Real Estate?
I've been a Real Estate Agent in Sierra Vista and the surrounding communities for the past 10 years.
What is the average home price in your market?
The average home price in the Sierra Vista Area is currently around 230,000
Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
In my opinion, the biggest trend that Sierra Vista is currently experiencing is the expanding market for homes under 200,000. This end of the market doesn't seem to have seen much of a bubble and burst affect that the rest of our market has experienced.

The most challenging issue that I currently face, is the changing shape of our economy.
