Best Property Manager / Realtor I had in 15 years

Kathy took over management of my rental property in Sierra Vista after I had several disappointing managers. She turned the rental into a real profit maker - obtaining a 60% increase on rental income in a 2 - 3 year period. She worked well with my desires towards tenants. She is a no-nonsense property manager who works for the owner - and has no qualms with pursuing a renter who does damage or refuses to pay, even with her own family. When I needed to sell the rental home in a quick sale due to medical issues - she negotiated that very satisfactorily in a buyer's market. I would strongly recommend and urge them to use her to my mother, my daughters, (i.e., family) as well as to friends and acquaintances. It would be hard put, in my opinion to find a better realtor. I look forward to future business with her.
