I've spent the past 17 years selling real estate here in the Sierra Vista Area, and I absolutely love it... that is, I love Sierra Vista - great weather, not too small, not too big, breathtaking mountains, clean air, lots of sunshine, it's all here. It suits my personality! Working with people, solving problems, bringing people together... these things satisfy me to my very core. I Truly Love Real Estate!

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Seeing people use the services of inexperienced agents. It costs no more to use a great agent than a not so great agent. Do your homework! Find an agent who sells a lot of houses a year, preferably over the course of many years. If you have a friend or family member in the business who doesn't meet this criteria, have them refer you to an agent who can prove that he or she has such experience. You'll be doing yourself a huge favor, while not turning your back on your friend or relative.

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
There are so many... I truly enjoy watching the joy on a Client's face when they realize that the service they get from me, the professionalism and ingenuity behind my marketing far exceeds anything they've likely experienced.

What is your best characteristic?
I am exceptionally organized and people oriented. I know what it feels like to be dealt with poorly in a business transaction, to be left out of the loop, or to be the victim of poor planning. I make it my number one priority to insure that my clients don't feel that way with me.

Who or what inspires you the most?
My Family.

What is the best advice you ever received?
Don't be attached to the outcome! This one piece of advice allows me to do a great job for my clients - to act in THEIR best interest - without regard to myself. It works, I just concentrate on doing a great job, and everything else falls into place.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Sierra Vista, Arizona! My husband has lived here since 1987, me since 1994. Our children were born here, the weather is phenomenal... it's just a great place to live.
