We interviewed a few agents and choose Josh since he had the most passion for his profession. We were impressed with his marketing - the number of signs, custom flyers, newspaper ads, website, word of mouth, etc. He worked with us throughout the process and communicated with us consistently. I appreciated his use of new technology like email/texting/FaceBook/etc to reach us when needed. We'll use Josh again and again - and have recommended him to others. Thanks Josh! What Can I Say About Josh?
I think that we were some of Josh's first clients. My husband probably thought I was crazy when I told him that we were going to hire a 19 year realtor to sell our house. He trusted my gut instinct and within a couple of weeks, the house sold and Josh quickly helped us find another. Shortly after, my husband got orders to Fort Bliss and we once again had to sell a house but this time the market was bad. Even so, our house sold exactly when we needed it to. I referred several friends and co-workers to Josh because I was so impressed with his friendly demeanor and professionalism.

While stationed at Ft. Huachuca Josh helped us buy our first house. Two years later when it was time to relocate he sold our house. We had a great experience with both the buying and selling of our house with Josh. He is a natural. I dare say, he was born to do this. There is a good possiblity that we will PCS back to Ft. Huachuca in the near future. We will definitly be working with Mr. Berkley again.

It's funny how you meet great people. Our sister is an agent in a different area and we had never bought a house before so she found Josh. With that said we never new what we where going to get when we meet Josh. We not only found our agent but we got to work with the best in our area of Sierra Vista. Josh is a highly professional realtor. He easily recalls recent sales of equivilent properties and is of great help in pricing properties. He is very knowledgeable and works hard selling your property including advertising in many sources and helping with tips on how to show your property. He is patient and listens to your requests. When we met Josh we had already been burned by a couple other local real estate agents. SO, when he said he would get back to us within 24 hours, we were skeptical. Much to our surprise, he followed through, and a relationship was formed. Josh helped us find a home, and didn't become discouraged when we vetoed some of the suggestions he emailed us. If anything, it made him more determined to help us find the right fit for us. From the beginning, in March '08, Josh said, "I'm going to help you keep looking even if takes all year." Lucky for us, and Josh, it didn't take a year, or even half that.
