http://www.isedona.net/TryAutoLogon.do As for Remax and the broker, the heart of the lawsuit focuses on the conflict of interest that can potentially arise from a dual broker relationship. A dual broker relationship occurs when one broker individually, or two salespeople within the same brokerage firm, represent both the buyer and the seller in a real estate transaction. Dual representation is lawful in Arizona with prior written consent, and so long as dual brokers exercise reasonable skill and care in the performance of their duties. However, Mr. W****erman contends that the dual broker relationship created a conflict of interest that erred on the side of the seller since that's who paid the broker.
Concerned Party sell a previous house with Marc J Seigleman and would not recommend them to other home sellers.
Marc Seigleman is not only COMPLETELY unprofessional, he also uses ridiculous excuses to not provide the work he has been engaged to do (apprasial ****ignments). When asked about status on a report, he broke out into a rant of obscenities and threatened to turn our company in (to whom, I have no idea, perhaps his imaginary friends?) for calling on status of a past due order (nine days late, with no explanation). Our company will not only never send work to this joke of an appraiser again, but are also considering advising all of our contacts not to use him.
