I have bought and sold numerous proties here in Arizona. I have to say this guy william calvin was the most honest and hard working agent I have ever had the pleasure to work with.

I have had some experience booking a rental through this group - in particular Spencer Farnsworth. Be very careful when working with them. I had a personal health issue (diagnosed with cancer that required chemo) that precluded us from using our rental. This group rerented our property, and still kept our money, essentially doubling the money they made and capitalizing on our misfortune. While their actions were not illegal, they were certainly immoral and unethical. I would not deal with Spencer Farnsworth again as he clearly was the person who made this decision. Steve Schwab, the owner of the Company, also approved of this decision. I would recommend renting from another firm, as these guys are very unscrupulous.

Our overall experience with Eric was outstanding. We live out of state so we relied On Eric to help us thru the process. With his internet tools, contacts and knowledge he was an invaluable asset in helping us search, nego-tiate and purchase our condo. We have already recommended him to people looking for real estate in the area.

Frederic was an excellent relater with a lot of knowledge on the area. He always gave his time to help us in any way we needed, when it was most convenient for us. Over all, he made buying a home an amazing experience.

Eric Williamson is a trsuted real estate advisor that you can count on. We aquired several properties with him some before we had even met him and then a couple after we had met him. We are from Canada and relied on Eric to find us properties that met our requirements. He was very professional and communicated very efficiently. We have since recommneded other friends to Eric. We needed a realtor that we could trust due to the location of where we live.

Found the Home we were looking for. 2 Months before meeting Tim through a Referral by our Waiter at a favorite Restaurant in Scottsdale we were working with an agent who didn't seem to really understand what we were looking for. We looked at over 20 homes and nothing caught our eye. We seen lots of homes on the internet that we liked, but could never get into them with the agent.
