- Every single happy family is a sucess story...some humorous moments though were: a clients small child climbed into a dirty kiva on the patio...we couldn't find him for 15 minutes..the people were frantic and I happened to hear him giggle! Top it off.. on the next day of house hunting the same boy stabbed me with a pen in the leg. Needless to say, I lost these clients when I asked them to arrange for a sitter while we finished up! Another time with different clients we went into a vacant home..went through the whole house and in the last room ,the kitchen there was a man sleeping on the floor in a sleeping bag and the heat in the hosue was up to 98 degrees! LOL..we left quietly but the listing agent freaked!

- My sense of humor and ability to forsee problems in a deal or contract and avoid them.

- My husband and family inspire me!

- Follow your heart...take chances and never regret even the worst choices... they all blend and take you where destiny isdriving you.

- Greek Isles...ahhhhh, don't get me started! :)
