Be careful dealing with Spencer

I have had some experience booking a rental through this group - in particular Spencer Farnsworth. Be very careful when working with them. I had a personal health issue (diagnosed with cancer that required chemo) that precluded us from using our rental. This group rerented our property, and still kept our money, essentially doubling the money they made and capitalizing on our misfortune. While their actions were not illegal, they were certainly immoral and unethical. I would not deal with Spencer Farnsworth again as he clearly was the person who made this decision. Steve Schwab, the owner of the Company, also approved of this decision. I would recommend renting from another firm, as these guys are very unscrupulous.
