- I love helping people with one of the biggest investments they will ever make in their lives. Finding and investing in a home is a huge emotional and financial decision and accomplishment. You really want to make sure you find a great fit between the home and the person. I love Arizona real estate because I see incredible potential in this market place for a lot of future growth which is great for everyone who currently owns and continues to own real estate here.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- First time home Buyers are the most challenging, but definitely the most rewarding. It is hard to convince someone to take that leap and stop throwing money away renting. Once they do, they are forever grateful, but it is a scary process that requires a lot of hand holding and constant reinforcement to convince them they are making one of the best decision of their lives.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I actually have provided such great service to my clients that I have been asked to get my license in different states so I can help them with their real estate needs here and there. I have actually done this and am licensed in California and Arizona. I have a huge clientel in both states and it is a really big compliment to me that they trust and believe in me so much. I have actually been told, "I think I have been spoiled by having you as my Realtor because no one else works as hard as you."
- What is your best characteristic?
- I am extremely positive and energetic and not above anything to get the job done in a manner that exceeds expectations.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- I am inspired by a lot of people and a lot of things, but I think the main thing that inspires me is a passion to really help people with their real estate and investment choices so they make a wise and profitable decision, and to provide them with excellent service. It is so easy to do what you say you are going to do, yet it amazes me how many people don't do that simple thing.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- "Change is our only constant." I think that advice is what makes me able to be so flexible and creative when challenges arise.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Scottsdale, Arizona. I truly believe this is the greatest place in the whole world to live and that's why I will never leave. It has been my home since birth and will be forever. I love it here!
