Great Experience
I purchased my first home three months ago and used Jet as my Realtor. She was professional, enthusiastic, and whose only concern seemed to be that I was comfortable with every part of the process. I would definitely use Jet again in the future and highly recommend her as a Realtor.
Amazing real estate agent
My wife and I had purchased 4 prior homes, really despite our agents. Then we met Jet. She was always there to serve us and took us to over 35 homes until we found the one we wanted. She also sent us over 100 homes to look at online which we narrowed down to about 35 which we visited. She drove tirelessly across the valley for weeks always assisting us find that special house. She is amazing.

Best Realtor in the Valley
Just moved to the valley, so of course I did not know about the many different areas to choose from. Jet drove me from Surprise to Sun Lakes. She was energetic, courteous and went out of her way to find the perfect home for my needs. I will never use anyone else but Jet.
Great experience overall
Ms Tryon did a really good job for us. She seemed to be juggling a number of other clients at the same time, but always made my wife and me feel like we were her first priority taking time to show us many houses. She stuck with us and helped us navigate through a our pretty complicated situation. In the end we got our financing and our dream home. Jet was great.
Hard worker
Realtors I've worked with in the past had given me a bad impression. I was more or less fed up with dealing with them. A friend referred Jet to me and she helped me buy my house. She is the hardest working realtor I think I've ever met. She showed me over 100 properties over the course of the 8 months that I was in the market. She works extremely hard for her clients and always followed through. I refer her to everyone I know who's in the market.
You guys are way off...
I'm not sure where these other reviewers are coming from because Ms. Tryon acted quite friendly and responsible in my dealings with her. Everything went smooth and relatively fast and I'm quite shocked to find out the negative reviews she's received. I think sometimes accidents and weird events happen and people tend to blow them out of proportion. I would suggest everyone remember that in business dealings, patience is a big necessity. Errors happen, to state it nicely.
Unproffesional
Made an appointment to show my house..asked if she could call if she was not going to make it ,she said yes...well no show , no call...If an agent can't show manners and call I would not use them for anything else...it might be a buyers market right now...but agents should remember if they give a good impression overall to buyers and sellers people will recommend them or use them in other transactions. One agent I used I gave them 3 other listings that sold.

Man, sometimes it feels like people live on another world, this agent either has way too much on her hands or is a bit disorganized. Maybe this isn't her field but I guess she needs the job. She's not a bad person,it's just unprofessional playing phone tag. Maybe it was a bad week or something,but you better get on the ball.
Disrespectful to home sellers
How quickly today's buyers agents forget that just 4 short years ago it was a sellers market and how rude/unprofessional/non-communicative the sellers agents were acting because they were receiving offers hand over foot. Apparently buyers agents also think it's perfectly acceptable to act that way since it is now a buyers market. If someone is still living in their home and they tell you that they will make sure their dog is at a sitter's so that you can give a nice showing, the least you can do is note that and call the owner if your client decided to cancel. It's called common courtesy.
