I was in the market for a low end condo for rental, which meant the commission would have been pretty low. Justin, however, gave this as much importance as I did and spent significant time and effort on the search. It was always easy to get an appointment with him to view the properties and on several occasions he went to the properties by himself and sent me photos by email. He never pushed me to make a decision and that is something rare in real estate agents.
