A home must be priced very competitively in order to attract a potential buyer enough to take the time to look at the home in person. More than ever, buyers are looking for a "deal", which is why so many foreclosures with attractive prices sell quickly in this market.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I enjoy meeting new people and helping them buy the best home possible, or selling their home at the highest, best price possible.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Helping buyers and sellers understand the latest real estate trends and how these trends could affect them.
