Found the One

Found the Home we were looking for. 2 Months before meeting Tim through a Referral by our Waiter at a favorite Restaurant in Scottsdale we were working with an agent who didn't seem to really understand what we were looking for. We looked at over 20 homes and nothing caught our eye. We seen lots of homes on the internet that we liked, but could never get into them with the agent. We called Tim hoping he would understand our needs. Not only did he understand what we were looking for, but found our Dream home that exceeded our expectations. It was exactly what we wanted and felt at home the minute we walked into the door. We have since referred 3 of our Friends/Co-Workers to Tim who have Relocated to Arizona.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?: I have enjoyed every part of Real Estate from Developing Land to Building New Homes. I enjoy Helping Clients with any real estate needs.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: Most challenging issue sometimes can be finding the "Deam Home" for a client, But with diligence, I am always able to make a Client Smile when they walk in the door!
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: One of my favorite success stories was a single mother trying to buy a home to offer her child a private back yard and space to play in a good neighborhood. Her loan officer told her halfway through the process she would no longer qualify for a loan. I found her a Government Grant Loan, Found her a home, and 45 days later she moved in.
What is your best characteristic?: Outgoing People Person that works at 110%
Who or what inspires you the most?: My Newborn son inspires me to be the best person possible!
What is the best advice you ever received?: Work Smart, not Hard.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?: I would like to live in New Zealand or Surrounding Islands such as Tahiti or Fiji
