This has to be the most dishonest company I have ever delt with. Josh the broker is a very dishonorable person. He will lie to your face. We spent two months trying to buy a home from him, and when asking why it was taking so long he blamed the bank who owned it, claiming they don't return his e-mails. I asked him to call them but he claimed he didn't have their phone number and they only communicate through e-mails. I had to research who owned the property because he wouldn't tell me and called the bank myself. I spoke to the VP who was not too happy and discovered they were unaware of any offers on the property, soon after things began to move forward. They still got paid although I did all the work. They are totally worthless and I would never deal with Liberty management if I were you!

My wife and I found a home that was stunning, and a bit too good to be true for the features that were apart of it. We were extremely excited about the possibility of living there and as a result our landlord was willing to take a 2 week notice. The owner of the home trusted Lori at Liberty to give an honest assessment of us as tenants. Lori took 2 overall positive reviews from our current and previous landlord and completely misrepresented us to the owner...enough to fully turn them off from renting to us. We had contacted both landlords and they were shocked that their statements resulted in a denial, and called Liberty immediately to clarify things. Lori had communicated that we must have damaged our previous apartment (speculation) because we had not gotten back our full deposit. In fact the form sent in to Liberty stated that we did not get a deposit back because our original deposit was waived on approved credit! Lori can get very angry after a few phone calls.

My wife and I bought our first house in December of 2007. We worked with one of Kathleen's buyer agents. The entire process couldn't have been any easier and, dare I say it, fun. We truly felt confident that we had the best office helping us every step of the way. I also work with Kathleen and have for almost 4 years. I know personally, how incredibly knowledgeable she is about real estate and how kind she is as a person - truly one of the best.

Suzanne is a wonderful realtor. She is currently working at West USA Realty in downtown Prescott.

Gary appears to have experience, he is well informed and can give you lots of info about the area and the market. He does not take good pictures of your home. He does not do enough Internet marketing. He does not leave voicemail messages and often calls hangs up and calls back 5 min later. He does not follow through with people who look at your house. He would not call them if they left feedback and said they were some what interested until I asked him to do so. I felt I had to call him and check in on him and encourgae him to work harder, bascially asking him what was he doing to earn his comission. Most of the times it was nothing. He is terrible at communication. He is friendly and talkative but not in a productive way. He does not seem prepared for questions . He often talked down to me. I would have to ask him to follow up with answers to my questions. It did not seem obvious to him that he should find out the answer and get back to me. I would not recommend him
