Gary appears to have experience, he is well informed and can give you lots of info about the area and the market. He does not take good pictures of your home. He does not do enough Internet marketing. He does not leave voicemail messages and often calls hangs up and calls back 5 min later. He does not follow through with people who look at your house. He would not call them if they left feedback and said they were some what interested until I asked him to do so. I felt I had to call him and check in on him and encourgae him to work harder, bascially asking him what was he doing to earn his comission. Most of the times it was nothing. He is terrible at communication. He is friendly and talkative but not in a productive way. He does not seem prepared for questions . He often talked down to me. I would have to ask him to follow up with answers to my questions. It did not seem obvious to him that he should find out the answer and get back to me. I would not recommend him
