Lofts and multiuse developments are becoming popular. Newer homes are still being built in North Phoenix and the west valley.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I love owning homes and I enjoy seeing others find the same joy and benefits from home ownership.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Educating the public with the truth, especially when the media is publishing negative stories.

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
When my mother lost her husband last year, I had the opportunity to help her relocate. It was a challenging time but I enjoyed assisting her with finding a new home from out of town and moving her within 3 weeks of her decision. I also was able to counsel her when she was upside down on the house she had bought and how to proceed to make the transition smooth and as stress free as possible.

What is your best characteristic?
Highly organized and detailed, which enables me to make transactions go more smoothly behind the scenes for my clients

Who or what inspires you the most?
Helping someone reach their goals to own a home or investment property

What is the best advice you ever received?
It's not who's right that matters, but who makes it right that is important.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Phoenix/Scottsdale is my first choice but I would love to have a second home in La Jolla, CA or Paris.
