Unfortunately, my negative experience with Camille prompts me to write this review in hopes that it will save others time and energy by not working with her. Camille was late to every appointment I had with her. When communicating via email she would not answer all of my questions, and failed to show that she did in fact read the emails in their entirety. She was very unprofessional on multiple levels. Also, she made me feel like I was putting her out, when it was merely basic services that should have been part of her job. I would not recommend her.

I leased a home from Bess in 2011. A struggling mother of a special needs child, I was upfront with her as the property's owner and realtor. She never disclosed her property was in foreclosure. She refused to abate first month's rent. Termites infested the house. She refused to repair items and left my child and I with the full responsibility of caring for her home. She evicted me 6 months later after I challenged her upon trying to move out. I have a $5K judgement on my credit due to her deceitful ways and unethical behavior. I'm fighting the decision.

I wished all agents were as knowledgable and astute as Justin. He worked very hard on our behalf and made the entire process seamless. I would recommend and refer Justin to anyone.

Justin made us feel as though we were his only clients and gave us all the time and info needed. Buying a property in Arizona from Canada was made so easy by Justin. In my opinion, he went far beyond what i have experienced from other Realtors in other purchases and was truly working for and protecting the buyer.

We throughly enjoyed working with Justin. We had worked with him perviously when we bought the home lot he was selling. To have him help us sell our other home was another good experience. We appreciate his honesty & integrity. Justin has proven once again to be at the top of the pile of Real Estate Agents. Technically grounded, Well educated, and very honest at every turn.

Justin exceeded all expectations in my purchase of a rental property. He treated me as if I were his only client. All his emails were very detailed and concrete. He will walk you through the entire process making sure you are satisfied. He is simply the best and I would highly recommend him and definitely use him again.

Damon was horrible to work with. Non-responsive, difficult to contact, big-talker, small doer. I would not recommend him to anyone. The transaction I'm referring to in the ratings are my experience with him as the CEO of Incredible Agents .com.

Tom was a fantastic agent to work with both on the seller and buyer side of a transaction. He was reliable, thorough, prompt, responsive and really listened to our needs. I would definitely use Tom again if in the market to buy or sell!
