- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- Ron and I enjoy every aspect of Real Estate, from listing, selling, taking professional photos and editing them, getting our listings to the first page of Googe to flipping homes. We love working with buyers, sellers and investors! It is a joy to work with people - helping them with the most important purchase of their life. It is an honor to be a part of this process with them!
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- The most challenging part of Real Estate would be keeping good working partners such as top notch lenders and title companies as well as good contractors. We must stay on top of everyone to help the transactions go smoothly. This is not always easy when we are dealing with the vast amount of lender owned properties and short sales as they tend to do things their way, and in their own time.... Just keeps us on our toes!
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- There are many times we have to go "above and beyond" to get a transaction to come together. Otherwise they can fall apart, so we do everything within our power to make it happen.
- What is your best characteristic?
- Keeping our clients well informed and staying on top of everything so that our clients know what is going on at all times is key to happy clients.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- I would have to say that God is the center and source of our inspiration. He knows whether we have given our all to work for the good of our clients and not thought of ourselves. This is why honesty and integrity are of the utmost importance to us.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- To treat our clients as if we were working with family. This goes a long way to have happy and satisfied clients. This is why they will refer us to their family and friends. We have received referrals that tell us when they were referred to us they were told that they would never use anyone else but us! Ever! What better compliment could we ever receive!?
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- I am not really sure if there is any other place I would want to live. If there were, I guess I would have to take ALL my family with me or I wouldn't want to be there.
