Kim worked with my wife and me to sell our house and upgrade to a larger home in Phoenix. She found us a new home that met our requirements, and she found a qualified buyer for our existing home. Most importantly, she personally worked with the mortgage broker to ensure that our loan was executed to the terms quoted in our initial disclosure. She personally planned the closings so that we were able to move out of our existing home and directly into our new home. Kim really went the extra mile to ensure that my wife and family were satisfied, and she personally worked to minimize the personal disruptions and distractions that always occur during a family move...she really cares!!!

I am so pleased that Kim was able to sell the property at very close to asking price, in a very short amount of time. In addition, she was able to find me a new home, which exceeded all my needs at a price much lower than I expected. In all the dealings, Kim was always accessible to me, and she asnswered all my questions. I always felt like I was her only customer, her only priority. Wow...what an agent!!! In a slow, tough market, Kim sold my home in less than 30 days. She gave me great tips on how to prepare my home to show it in it's best light. Kim took the initiative and staged my home with her own decorating accessories. She pre-qualified the buyers, to those that were not only able to afford my home, but those who were also ready to buy. Best of all, Kim was a pleasure to work with. She was extremely competent and professional...truly amazing!!!!

Kim is the worst real estate agent I have ever had. She was extremely rude to me and my wife. She also tried to hit on me, which I found highly inappropriate. I also have heard some rumors about her and how she's a homewrecker. All of this combined just really gave me the wrong vibe. I wouldn't recommend her at all.
