- I SOLD a house on the hottest day of the year, 122 degrees in 1990! Our real estate office closed early that day and agents went home. They kept calling me crazy for showing property that day, but I felt this home was perfect for my buyers. It was! The home was nice and cool and had a sparkling pool. That did it.

- My little nephews inspire me to be a good role model for them.

- At real estate school in 1988, our teacher emphasized how we should aim to have most of our business come from referrals. He said that was proof of success, not income.

- Anywhere I could ski,hike and lay on the beach.
