Jon Doe buy a previous house with Michael E Sullivan and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
We were looking at a house that Mike Sullivan had listed. We liked the owners and the house was in a good location. However, Mike was rude, pushy and in no way helpful. When we had any questions he would get upset and tell us how long he's being doing this and that we lied to him. I would not recommend working with this man under any cost.
