- I enjoy the possibilty of meeting new clients everyday and the clients turning into lifetime friends after the real estate deal is complete. Some of my best friends today were my original clients.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Teaching buyers the importance of having a Buyer's Agent and getting pre-approved before they go out looking at homes.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- Last month 6 referrals came in for purchasing a home(all spec homes,quick close). All 6 went great and one glitch there was I easily overcame it,all 6 deals closed on time!
- What is your best characteristic?
- Listening to the clients needs and building the game plan around their needs with my professional knowledge to lean to make the changes to keep the plan in a positive motion.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- I am self-motivated to work hard and go the extra mile for my clients, no matter what price range they can afford.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Work hard. Be honest with everyone even when it isn't what they want to hear. Always ask for the referral... everybody always knows somebody who is looking to buy or sell real estate.
