She is always late half an hour to 1.5 hr. Even I told her what I want, she tried to sell other homes. After the closing date, it's done. She didn't do any follow-ups. Good luck if you work with her.

Wont disclose complete information. She would also act as seller realtor, but wont disclose that to buyer. Even after telling what you are looking for, she would try to sell you the ones you dont want. Not sure if she works with someone else, and finds a deal for their mutual benefit. In my experience, she is a business person, and is out to make deal for herself and wont consider buyer interest. She arranges meetings, but is never on time. She is late not by 10 mins but most of the times by 6-7 hours. Did not happen to me once, but in most of the meetings I have had with her. Never returns call, you would have to call her again. And if you are lucky, she would pick up the phone. I have talked to a few other people, who used her help, they have had same experience. There are a lot of realtors in the valley, I am sure you can find who listens to you and respects you and one's profession. Stay away from her. Good luck.
