Jeff buy a previous house with Rob Madden and would recommend them to other home buyers.
Rob is exactly the type of Realtor I wanted and needed. He has great real estate knowledge and uses it all to help his client. His goal is to get you in the right house for the right money. He will not push you, or rush you. He will also tell you when he sees a negative in a home (My friends and family told me that most Realtors will only tell you the positives of a house). He will tell you about the market, the neighborhood, the future community plans, everything so that you can make an informed decision. I did a lot of research before I decided to use Rob. I could not be more pleased with my decision.
