Excellent experience working with Justin
My experience with Justin was excellent and I would recommend him to anybody looking for an agent. He has a very good understanding of the local areas and the market conditions. I was in the market for a low end condo for rental, which meant the commission would have been pretty low. Justin, however, gave this as much importance as I did and spent significant time and effort on the search. It was always easy to get an appointment with him to view the properties and on several occasions he went to the properties by himself and sent me photos by email. He never pushed me to make a decision and that is something rare in real estate agents. His website with search results is very good with more information on properties than I have seen anywhere else. It includes the standard MLS listing details, photos of the property, map, tax details and past sales.

A dedicated realtor...a dedicated family man
We first met Justin on the internet. We were looking for a winter home in the Phoenix area so I had realtors from Phoenix sending me listings, however, Justin is the only one that sent listings in our price range and including our wish list. We flew to AZ last October where Justin picked us from the hotel every morning for a week, drove us from one end of the valley to the other.. After finally deciding on the patio home that suited us-we put in our offer- unfortunately we had to leave before the offer could be presented- he e-mailed us every day telling us what was was happening, answering all our questions and smoothing over a few "hiccups". The deal went through and we took possession the lst of this year. Justin is a very unpretentious individual who can talk on any subject … he cares a lot about the wishes of his clients and is a true professional at all times.
