- The most challending issue in my humble opinion is finding affordable housing for the first time home buyer that isn't outside the city centerpoints.

- After listening to my client and understanding what he and his wife were looking for in their ideal home, I showed them a beautiful home in an upscale community nestled near by the mountains and with views of the most desirable boulders and peaks. They were uncertain if was the house for them since it was the first one we saw. I showed them 100 more homes within a 5 mile radius and when they purchased a home, it was the first one that they were shown.

- Who or what inspires you the most?
- The children inspire me. I work with children as a volunteer Shrine Clown in the 22 hospitals which the Shrine of North America owns and operates. I travel to as many of these as I can throughout the year to keep me rejuvenated and smiling.
