- Around the mid 200,000's.
- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- Because we love working with people! We love the excitement of finding just the right property for people. It is team work and we are a great team!
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Getting people to believe the true value of their home. The market has changed for sellers, and you must have a realistic price for your home in order for it to sell. Real Estate is cyclical and you can do well in any market as long as you follow the guidelines of the realistic market.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- There are many success stories. Each time we find a property for a client...it is a success. Each time we sell a home...it is a success. We have found homes for people who thought they would never own a home, that is something we are proud of. We have housed many college students, and interestingly enough, we recently saw one of our "students" on TV playing College Football for ASU!
- What is your best characteristic?
- Working together we compliment each others abilities to give the client extra service to details.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- We inspire each other. Currently we are working on a relocation program to help relocate disaster victims. We feed off of each others enthusiasm to help people.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Have a servant's heart. We are here to serve peoples housing needs. We work for our clients. We aren't sales people..we are Real Estate Professionals with Servants Hearts.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Arizona in the Winter, Hawaii in the Summer!
