My numerous attempts to email her became so exhausting, I decided to start sending bible quotes, guess what? It worked, she responded back with the fact I was being insulting, and she WAS willing to do the right thing, but now she never wants to hear from me again. She also said she was moving to Utah and she purchased the house I helped build. Records show who bought the house, and it isn't her, and clearly she is not Utah. Margot went in to the field of building a brand new spec home. She asked if I would be part of it, and she would compensate me at the tune of 12,000.00, when the house sold. The house sold December 7, 2007 and Margot and her son Roman have skipped town, I believe they are somewhere in Utah. They have disconnected their phones and Margot will not respond to my emails. The last time I talked to her was December 30, 2007, she took down my address and said she would start sending me 200.00 a month, even though that was not the deal. Her last email to me was Jan. 24 2008 stating she lost my address, however my phone #is the same and she knew where I worked. I have tried responding back to her with my address, even though that is no excuse, I haven't heard back. I doubt she will ever be back in Arizona doing business, for I am not the only one she owes a lot of money to, but just be aware.

Yanna, helped me and my wife a great deal. She is extremely knoweledgable about the Phoenix metro area. After spending a month with us, she found us the house we have been looking for. It truly is the dream house. She is kind and caring. Can't say tat to much about the realtors out there, most of them are just out to make their comission. You will notbe diappointed if you work with her, we weren't.

As a Phoenix Investor, I have done a number of deals with Philip - both buying and selling. He is very thorough, and he knows his stuff. I would only use him for my deals. I have done maybe 15 deals with him, so can't name one address only.
