- The foreclosure market and decrease in values has changed the way we do business, keeping up with those changes is critical.

- Walking into a vacant house and having a 3' owl stare me in the eye was pretty interesting. Wall to wall windows leading to the wide open desert had been left open during a previous showing. Rescuing that owl was amazing!

- My ethics have gone a long way in gaining the trust I have with clients.

- Working with the great realtors in and around my market.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Go West! I love Arizona, moved here in 1981 and have never regretted my decision.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Arizona of course, Napa Valley, CA a close second. I love the U.S. too much to ever want to leave for any other reason than for vacations. If I had to leave, I would choose the Tuscany region of Italy.
