I really like the team approach. I always knew that someone was on the job and looking out for my interests. I have heard others say that they have dealt with agents that they rarely would see. I will say that was never the case with the Urban team. They were often giving me updates on the process and giving input that I felt helped me greatly. I sent Ms Damron a polite email pointing out that one of her ads listed an incorrect property address. Her response was that she didn't have time to "waste" dealing with fixing the online ad. She also seem unperturbed that she was using a third party who was posting her ads on craigslist in violation of craigslist terms of service. But then again she has only been a licensed real estate agent in Arizona for four years. I'd recommend you find a more experienced agent who has better people skills.
