- My first sale was a young woman that waked in off the street from our sign out in front of the office on Bell road here in Phoenix Arizona. She wanted ato rent, then changed her mind & decided to try & buy a home after I advised her of the good credit she had showing on the report. We found her a great deal & she not only bought a home with equity already in the deal but turned around & sold it for $42,000 profit 3 months later & she didn't invest anything into the home. She was very happy with my services & I felt I had satisfied another client suceessfully & my job was done! :) She & I became friends & still stay in contract on occasion.
