Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
Because I have always received immense satisfaction from being able to have helped so many great families, couples and singles realize their own personal dreams of home ownership.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Actually there are two. To begin with, is the massive volume of paperwork and forms that are required in our business. Even though we're living in the Electronic Age, we deal with much more paperwork now than at any other point in my 33+ years in the Real Estate industry.
Second is the Time Sensitive nature of our business. We are constantly dealing with Time Deadlines for every phase of our industry, both working with Sellers & also Buyers.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
>>> from The Herrera's <<< "Mr. Morris, Thank you so much for helping us purchase our first home in Tucson and then reselling it seven years later. Also thanks again for helping us buy our new home in Anthem when we relocated to the Phoenix area because of my husband's work back in 2000. When the new home builder had us switch lots because of their initial mistake, you were right there to defend us and help get us several nice consessions from Del Webb."
What is your best characteristic?
Being able to Listen patiently & carefully to exactly what my Clients are telling me and helping them resolve any concerns that they may have, whether it's in the selling and/or buying of any property.
Who or what inspires you the most?
People of any age, but especially young children or elderly folks, who do such a great job dealing with their own physical or mental Disabilities.
What is the best advice you ever received?
REMEMBER: " With GOD'S Help -- whatever we vividly imagine.
earnestly desire, sincerely believe
and enthusiastically act upon <><> must inevitably come to pass."
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Right where I am now, in Sunny Arizona. Close to everything, including the Mountains, Desert, Farming, Ranches, Lakes & Rivers, Rural small towns, Major Metropolitan cities and even the Ocean & Beaches, which are less than a four hour drive to either California or Mexico.
