In the summer of 1989 I was planning to move to Phoenix around Thanksgiving and came out to look at houses. It was scorching and i came upon a house where Ray was having an open house. Long story short, when I moved later that year he treated me and my wife as family welcoming us to Phoenix, making us endure Packer games (I'm a Vikings fan), etc. He has often helped with no chance of making money, he's just a nice guy. From finding us a cheap rental when we first moved to lessening his comission once to make a sale happen, he's incredible. PLUS, he's a fighter. I've bought and sold three houses with him over the years and am about to buy a fourth and there's no one else I'd rather use. His wife Bonnie's fun too, keeps him in line:)))) INTEGRITY, that's the Remax line where he works and for Ray, it's truly what he's all about. Sincerely, William Love
