Hi, I performed contract work for Scott Dexter. He told me my work was fantastic. He told me he was putting together a landscaping maintenance route on the foreclosed homes he had listed and for which he received money from the bank to pay for a contractor work. For two months he led me on, giving me every reason to believe I was building a business. I invested my profits in tools that would allow me greater efficiency for the business he promised me. Without notification, he gave the maintenance route to someone else who had not worked to prove themselves. He claimed that he was able to hire a landscaping company to maintain the properties monthly for less than $50.00 each. He provided no name for this company but the secretary he just hired (a long time "friend" who he stated he helped to overcome her drug related charges and troubles with the law) was supposedly involved with an unemployed boyfriend who sought to take some of the jobs Scott had ****ured would only be mine.

Besides being the most knowledgeable, friendliest, and accommodating Real Estate Agent we have ever had the pleasure of knowing, he is a great person. We immediately clicked with Scott. The absolute luck of a flyer and a phone conversation makes it hard to put into words. From the minute he began to speak I knew we had struck gold with this man. He refuses to put anybody in a bad situation and is straight up. (What more can you ask for in an agent?) He isn't afraid to get his hands dirty (literally) and explain everything from paper work, to testing outlets himself (just to double check-because he cares ). Boiling it down to character and knowledge, Scott is a REAL diamond in the rough and I could only wish other people the privilege of working with him like we have. In fact, we have referred him and EVERY SINGLE time he has transformed there beliefs on what an agent is, and should be. I know it sounds "Cliché" but..YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER AGENT BECAUSE HE REALLY IS THE BEST!
