Dennis is a great landlord ! I rented a home from him for 5 years, and he has always helped me with any issue's I had regarding the property. I have been late a few times and he was nothing but nice and patient with me. After my lease was over he helped me to buy my first home. I would reccomend anyone buy or rent a home from him. Thanks Dennis for many smooth transactions and helping me thru a very stressful first time home purchase!

I called to inquire on this rental property over a week ago. Dennis stated the house was not ready to view and he would get back with me. I waited and saw that photos were updated of home on a few rental sites so I called him back. During the conversation he kept trying to find ways to lessen my interest or a way for him to deny my renting the home. I did let him know I am in foreclosure due to divorce but all other credit accts are in good standing and that this is why I am trying to rent a home and not buy one. Then he said he already has a renter. Why would you update info on a rental site? Why would you still have sign in the yard? The sad thing is, all he had was my last name - Hernandez...I feel very discriminated against and am glad I did not get involved with this agent or company.
