Monica is amazing at handling tough situations. The appraisal for our home came in much lower than our sales price. Monica calmly worked with us and the buyer's agent to save the transaction. Then, on our new home, when the time came to sign the settlement papers, the seller had a change of heart ! Very difficult situation, but the house did close just 3 days later. Throughout both transactions Monica was available to answer our questions and explain our options. I was amazed at her rapid response each time we contacted her. We received first class "customer service" and an extremely knowledgeable agent. We couldn't have asked for more.
