Tom was patient with our endless search to find the perfect home when we relocated to Arizona. We must have looked at 20 or more homes and through it all, Tom was professional, on time and offered realistic feedback on the homes we viewed. He never tried to push us into a home just to make a sale. He offered what he felt were pros/cons from his perspective and expertise. I highly recommend Tom if you're looking for someone who knows the Phoenix area well and who will take the time to help you find your perfect home!
