Lazy, Foul Mouthed and Rude!

We called Duane Fouts to look at a house. He finally returned our call. He would not show us the property, nor would he even post any more pictures. Although we already had loan approval, he was requiring us to use his mortgage person. Finally we got fed up with him, told him so, and his response was to tell us to "Get F*****." Avoid Fouts. He has no interest in selling property.
