If I have to use the scale from 0 to 10, Lazarin Panev is somewhere around 9.5. He would always go one extra mile for any of his clients struggling for 100 % satisfaction and fighting all the way to the end for the best interest of the people he is in service for. We purchased 4 properties through him and no matter what kind of down market we are at as well as no matter that right now is the exact time to buy, my wife and I will NOT do any more purchases unless we hear from him that he is back in Phoenix and ready to work. Lazarin was always there for us despite of our fastidious behaviour. We would recomend him even to the toughest people alive as we know how much he appreciates challenges and his desire to learn more and more. We called Duane Fouts to look at a house. He finally returned our call. He would not show us the property, nor would he even post any more pictures. Although we already had loan approval, he was requiring us to use his mortgage person. Finally we got fed up with him, told him so, and his response was to tell us to "Get F*****." Avoid Fouts. He has no interest in selling property.

Worst experience of my life. I was mislead, lied to and screwed over. Lazarin only cares about making money and it doesn't matter if someone gets hurt. I would recommend to all that read this to stay away from using this guy. Also, his girlfriend is his partner and she is worse than him. Very manipulative people.
