I find that your professionalism is less that be professional. Your comments you put in your MLS remarks are for some future buyer finds it as a threat that can be used against you and your sell quote last sentence. "Call owner 1st, leave message. Do not let the cat out or you will die." Imagine if some thing seriously happen to one of the buyer/s they may use this note in the remarks as an evidence and or threat.
