BEWARE! A lying, cheating, scumbag

I have yet to hear anything truthful out of this person's mouth. I believe he is incapable of it. He has swindled me and my son out of our home. He is the scum that gives the rest of this industry a bad name. He is a parasite...feeding off of single mothers and their children. He entered into a transaction to purchase my home. Has paid me nothing (no exaggeration) for the property and is now evicting me and my son. The property value is around 300k, my equity is 140k. All the while, the mortgage continues to remain in my name. There is not a shread of equitableness in this transaction. There is only one possible defense: more lies.
