- My "Market" is client based, & services are directed to clients interests. $200k-$1mil+
- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- Real Estate is something I have enjoyed and experienced from an early age. Assisting others in attaining their goals is very gratifying. Over many years of experience I have gained a wealth of knowledge to use on my cients behalf.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- One of the most challenging issues as a Real Estate Professional comes with the legalities, which must be adheared to at all times. With so many new agents comming into the industry, experience helps to keep clients informed, aware, and timely.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- Real Estate is an interesting field where a small personal, or borrowed, sum of funds can be leveraged for a period of time realizing wonderful gains. Over the past 15 years some Arizona properties have realized a gain of over 500%...i.e. My personal neighborhood, where homes were in the low to mid $100's (1990-1991)and have sold in the $600's to mid $700's over the last few years.
- What is your best characteristic?
- Some of my best characteristics include, but aren't limited to, positive, friendly, caring, and timely. Characteristics which also help when dealing with people on the other side of the transaction, as well.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- My inspirations in life have almost always come from within my family. When my father was alive as a self employed business man he taught me to value and respect family, friends, clients, and associates as I would them me. Just as my mother had always taught me nothing is ever as difficult as it may seem and I am capable of accomlishing anything I wish to.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Find something you enjoy and stick with it. If you spend much of your time and energy learning and working in the same field, one day, your experiences and notoriety will reap many rewards in health, life, and wealth.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Right here in Arizona. Having been raised in the New England States, spent time in the South East, Mid West, and some time in the West Coast I can say with conviction Arizona has Blessed me with a Great Lifestyle, a Wonderful Daughter, Fantastic Weather, and availability to every season and their respective enjoyments during the year.
