Jose was so nice, patience through out the whole home buying process i want him to be my agent again when i get ready to buy my next home which i hope is soon.

We found this agent by chance when we were calling on properties we liked, and he agreed to help us search. He never really understood what we wanted when I made it very clear to him. He suggested properties that were way off of our mark, and we had to find houses we liked on our own. He didn’t have any knowledge of the area, and seemed offended when I knew more about the house than he did. He showed us 3 other properties that were not currently livable but he insisted they were far more valuable (they were only $5k cheaper, smaller, & in the same neighborhood!) It was a short sale so it took a while, but we put the offer in June and it is now October, and we still don’t have the answer. His website doesn't exist anymore for some reason, very unprofessional, and he never seemed interested in even making this sale. Definitely would not recommend him to anybody!

HE HELP US CLEAN UP OUR CREDIT AND WE WERE ABLE TO BUY A HOME IN MESA, AZ. HE TOLD US 99.9% WE WILL GET OUR HOME IN AZ.
