Mr. Goaziou listed and sold my house at 15814 n 40th place in Phoenix. at first Brian indeed did everything to make the sale. it was an easy sale as the house due to the market falling was priced incredible low. the first day of the listing we recieved an offer. the house did not sell to the first offer, but the third offer. Brian seemed to do his due dilligence. we did sell the house, i am happy about that. however! there were a couple of issues in regards of the actions of the agent. the first escrow fell through supposedly because the buyer making the offer did not have the proper financing. they lost their earnest money. however the earnest money never made it to me the seller, but stayed in the agents personal account! that is commingling, it is illegal in Arizona! also, Brian took things out of the house, unauthorized. he sold most things , but at the end his accounting was inaccurate. being an out of state seller, i did not have controll over the sale. buyer beware
