Rich buy a previous house with Tami H Germain and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
They started off very good when small but things went down hill with the placement of poor quality tenants, inability to provide bids for work being done, always something more (costing $$$) that needed doing because a full workup of expenses were not done, did not do thorough walkthrough documentation of the property prior to renting and after tenants moved out.

I hired this company as property managers in 2005. They are extremely slow to respond to any requests or questions and do not do their job. They repeatedly mishandled my property and in doing so ended up costing me a significant amount of money in lost rent, repairs, and legal fees. I would highly recommend you not hire this company!
