The trend in our area is second homes that double as vacation homes and are used primarily escape from the Phoenix heat.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
It is a career that demands versatility, knowledge, responsibilty, and an entreprenuerial spirit. To be an integral part of the largest purchase most people make in their lifetime, is a priviledge and a big responsibilty, so being in real estate is always a challenge and i like challenges.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Training myself to take time off.

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
Recently, i helped a couple who thought they were going to lose their house. After a long talk and a look at their situation, i coached them to talk through their situation with their mortgage company and they were able to work something out and can now stay in their home.

What is your best characteristic?
Inquisitive.

Who or what inspires you the most?
The Bible.

What is the best advice you ever received?
Proverbs 3:5-6
