Truth, would be a great place to start these opinions in my opinion are to smear and hurt and dont discuss facts. I personally have used this agent and find it hard to believe anything written here. As a loan officer I try to please as many people as I can but I cant help all the people all the time.

This agent has poor communication skills and do not return phones calls. Also charges ironious/ illegal fees.

Ms Creason also heads up the property management part of her brokerage and supports very unprofessional and underhanded actions taken by the shady people she hires to manage properties for her ( the "women" hired to manage residential properties on Dunlap and 8th Ave.). When their actions are questioned or someone complains, she does not investigate and will go to any length to not have to give back deposits, etc. This must flow over into her real estate dealings as well!

Wonderful service. We went to look at house for rent on 07/25/09 with Ron and was so helpful with our needs for a home. We love the home and loved his customer service and decided to rent the home starting next month. I would definately prefer Ron when choosing a home.

We accidently met Ron & Becky at an open house. They were so friendly, we felt like we had known them forever. They were very knowledgeable about what was going on in the industry and very interested in us and what we might be looking for in a home. They took us to look at many homes, without any pressure. When we decided to build instead, they took us to meet a new home sales agent. They followed us through the whole building project and were so helpful. We now have a beautiful new home and two wonderful friends. We thank Ron and Becky for all their help and would use them again in a minute for our Real Estate needs. We will recommend them to all our friends.

Brad referred my husband and I to a lender/friend of his at Great Southwest Mortgage, now defunct, I believe. He told us he and the lender-friend had a social relationship, golfed, boated, etc. We had bad credit. But we put down almost $24,000 on a $238,000 home. Brad told us to do whatever the lender said, that he was a great guy. We've been in lawsuit with Brad's friend since 2005. He lied about putting us on the title, told us to put in landscaping (we put in $6000 worth), that it was our home, then tried to evict us even though all of our payments were made in full and on time. We were awarded some of our money back by the court, and now the guy is evading paying, hiding from the process server, etc. It's been a nightmare! The guy put us into a lease option, Brad switched from being our realtor to being his friend's realtor and never bothered to tell us. So he still got his commission. They both made quite a bit of money off of us.

Please don't do business with this agency. I'm a 1st time home buyer and unfortunately Richard P Belles was recommended to me. I was told I could not look at houses that weren't vacant because it was too much trouble to see. Finally found a vacant home - put in an offer and was told that I didn't need to be present for the inspection. Rich told me the inspection was good (wasn't) and we went ahead with the appraisal. It was at the last minute that I finally had my offer withdrawn, with Rich behaving rudely. After trying to push me into a home I decided had too many damages I asked to be released from my broker/client agreement as I would be doing no further business w/Richard. I was promised for three days by Richard and his father George that I would receive my cancellation. I never did and was finally told I never would, that I could wait until it expires.

Unable to reach this guy, why have a listing if your mailbox is full!
