- Honestly? To balance helping people and keep making a living :)! I don't worry enough about the latter.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I had a client with limited resources and they had four children. They wanted each child to have their own bedroom! Impossible you say!? We did not give up and found them a home in Phoenix for around $220,000.00, seller paid their closing costs and it had 5 bedrooms. No, it was not a dump, it was a very nice little house with a nice yard in a very decent, safe neighborhood. I know, if there is a will, there is a way. It always works, somehow, someway. You just keep trying and Do Not Give UP.
- What is your best characteristic?
- I am a "Pit Bull". At least, clients have told me I am. I just know I keep trying untill I find 'Your' home, no matter what the price and I don't give up on selling 'Your' home either. If we have to find a way to fix it to make it more marketable, I will do it. Even if it means I get in and help you do it, myself. I LOVE getting my hands dirty and helping my clients. I guess that is my marketing strategy - I HELP my clients get it done!

- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Right Here !! I grew up in Mesa, Arizona and left for awhile to get married and raise my wonderful children. But this is where I came back to - IT IS HOME!!
