- I once was able to negotiate an underwriter to accept the purchase of a Short Sale from the tenants who currently lived in the house. In addition they still qualified for the First Time Home Buyers Tax Credit! Success!

- People always say my laugh. I have a loud laugh that is unashamed and contagious. I'm upbeat and always look for the opportunity in a situation.

- I like to think about whatever is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, anything that is excellent or praiseworthy. I find lots of inspiration from this perspective of people and life.

- Arizona! No place better! I might vacation in Italy but Arizona is home!
