SHE IS VERY DECEITFUL AND DISHONEST...SHE PERSONALLY STOLE $2000 OF MY AND CO-WORKERS DEPOSIT...SHE DOES NOT RETURN CALLS, IS ONLY LOOKING TO MAKE HER NEXT COMMISSION, AND TELLS YOU WANT TO HEAR INITIALLY AND THEN GOES BEHIND YOUR BACK LATER....SHE HAS A TERRIBLE REPUTATION ALL OVER LAKE HAVASU...SHE WILL PUT IN LANGUAGE FOR CONTRACTS THAT THE BEST LAWYERS WILL MISS...STAY AWAY...

This agent has no interest in selling homes. I used her when trying to find Havasu property, yet getting in touch with her or having calls returned was a joke. She was also not the nicest person I have come across. I went with another realtor and found a home quicly and effortlessly! I DO NOT reccomend Joy Brooks to anyone!

He is a foreclosure agent and he makes fun of people who have lost their homes. He is arrogant, and quite frankly the biggest jerk I've ever had the displeasure to ever deal with. I would never use him to buy or sell a home!

Connected with her from Oregon in 2002 and bought a house. Great advice, great buy. When it was time to sell, we owed loyalty to a neighbor and tried her first with no luck. Re-listed with Cindi and it was sold in the difficult 2007 market. Now we are back, ready to purchase a smaller house and Cindi's on it for us!
